ECI Biotech Recruiters
With over twenty years experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical
industries, we have come to understand that the caliber of a company’s
employees has a direct bearing on the success or failure of that
organization. A company that is willing to “settle” for a warm body will
eventually pay the price when they are left behind by their competitors,
who only hire the best possible employees they can find.
We also
recognize that a good, top producing employee will only be happy working
for an organization that recognizes and appreciates his or her efforts.
As a result, we endeavor to work only with top tier companies as well as
candidates.
The vast
majority of our candidates are sourced through recommendations from
their peers, co-workers, ex-supervisors, and competitors, as well as
from people that we meet in person at biotech and pharmaceutical
industry trade shows, such as Pittcon, ASMS, ABRF and Lab Automation.
While
advertising and job boards like Monster do have their place, and we do
use them on occasion, the vast majority of top the top performers that
we seek are not spending their Sunday afternoons reading help wanted
ads, and Sunday evenings putting their resumes on job boards, risking
the possibility that their current employer, customers, or co-workers
might see their resume.
Most high caliber individuals are too busy
planning for the upcoming week. Many of these people, if approached in
the right way, would be willing to seriously consider a good
opportunity. These are the people you want working for you, not the job
hoppers, people who are on the verge of being let go by their current
employers, or people “who could learn the job” with enough training.
Your biggest
and best competitors wouldn’t hire these people. Why should you? |
